Each airline, cruise line, and resort maintains specific terms, conditions, check-in requirements, and liability limitations. Once an itinerary is authorized by the client and booked, the client enters into a direct contract with each respective supplier. CVIEWS Travel is not liable for supplier insolvency, weather-related flight delays, schedule changes, or port itinerary modifications initiated by operators.

4. Cancellation, Changes & Travel Protection Disclosure

Cancellation penalties, refundability, change fees, and deposit retention policies are governed directly by the respective travel supplier terms applicable to your specific booking. Certain discounted promotional airfares, non-refundable cruise deposits, and holiday resort rates may carry 100% cancellation penalties once paid.
